  • Heat the oil in a pan over medium-low heat.
  • Add the green curry paste to the pan and fry until frangrant.
  • Add the chicken and stir to mix with the curry paste until cooked.
  • Add the cooked spaghetti and stir to mix everything together.
  • Add the pasta water
  • Add the coconut milk.
  • Season with a pinch of salt and stir to mix everything well, making sure that all the noodles are coated with the green curry sauce.
  • Add the basil leaves and stir until wilted.
  • And the chilis and stir for another minute. Then remove from heat and serve immediately or store in glass food containers.

  1. It's a great idea to cook spaghetti and divide it into portions and freeze it. This makes it so much quicker to cook this dish.
  2. Make sure to mix all the ingredients well so that each noodle is coated with the green curry sauce.
