  • Thai fruit and vegetable carving knife


  • 3 plum mangos peeled and pitted *other names: mango plums, marian plums
  • ½ tangerine peeled and seeded
  • ¼ green apple
  • 5 kale leaves chopped
  • ½ kiwifruit peeled
  • ½ cup coconut water


  • Freeze the fruit in advance.
  • Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
