Berry Chia Pudding Recipe

This berry chia pudding with yogurt is a refreshing and healthy breakfast. It's very quick and easy to make and you can even make it ahead of time. Just perfect for those who don't have much time in the morning!

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 3 ½ tablespoons milk (any kind you want)
  • 1.76 ounces strawberry yogurt (or more)
  • 1 handful fresh blueberries
  • 1 handful fresh raspberries
  • Basil leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Mix the chia seeds and milk with a spoon in a bowl and refrigerate overnight.
  • Add the yogurt to a cup, top with the chia and milk mixture, then fresh berries.
  • Garnish with basil leaves and enjoy!

Notes

I use real milk and yogurt in this recipe, but you can definitely make it dairy-free or vegan by using a plant-based or vegan milk and yogurt. Note that some types of milk are lighter than others so your choice of milk might affect the consistency of your chia pudding. You can add less or more of it to get your preferred consistency.
