  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and saute the garlic and stir until fragrant.
  2. Add the kale and mushrooms and stir for 2 minutes or until the kale is wilted.
  3. Add water and oats and bring to a simmer, stirring frequently.
  4. Once the oats reach your desired texture and consistency, add the asparagus and stir for another minute.
  5. Season with salt to taste and serve.
